The Laguna Palace has many sides. To make your visit as smooth and relaxing as possible, we’ve summarised the most important administrative details for your stay here. After all, the best holidays are those free of (unpleasant) surprises. If you have any further questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Rooms are guaranteed from 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we will do our best to provide your room as soon as it becomes available.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
Our hotel has an underground garage costing €15.00 per day, accessible for vehicles up to 2 meters in height. Parking spaces are limited, so booking in advance is recommended. We also offer a storage area for private bicycles in our garage.
We offer a convenient beach package at the Tivoli beach establishment, just 200 meters from the hotel. The cost is €30.00 per day and includes 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds.
Half board costs (drinks excluded):
- Children 0-6 years: free
- Children 7-12 years: €25.00 per person per day
- From 13 years and older: €36.00 per person per day
The wellness area is also accessible to external guests with the following fees (for a duration of 3 hours):
- • Ages 8 to 16: €15.00
- Ages 17 and above: €35.00
The pool in the wellness area is indoor and heated.
No, wearing a swimming cap in the pool is not mandatory.
Yes, dogs are welcome in all rooms except the Fashion Suites, at a cost of €20.00 per day per dog, with a maximum weight of 15 kg. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.
Yes, we offer a convenient bike rental service:
- €15.00 per bike per day
- €5.00 from 6:00 PM onward
- Children's bikes are free of charge
We also provide a storage area for private bikes in our garage.
